"During my time at DTI, I gained a wide range of skills that I will take back to school and beyond. I received hands-on experience in designing, assembling, and testing large scale electrical systems, while also making lasting connections with the talented personnel here. I truly felt like I played a key role in the development and success of the many projects I worked on. Overall, I think the small company atmosphere played a huge part in my growth over the course of my internship. The physicists, engineers, and technicians I worked alongside were incredibly knowledgeable and supportive in helping me through the challenging, but exciting, work."

“My internship at DTI gave invaluable experience in the engineering field. I worked alongside the engineers, doing the same work they do on a daily basis. Being a small company, DTI gave me industry exposure to the entire creation process: from design, to manufacturing, to shipping. The parts and drawings I worked on are actively being used in real projects, which is typically a rare occurrence in internships. The engineers I worked with daily were extremely knowledgeable in their respective fields and acted as incredible mentors, helping me reach that next level in my career.”

" I greatly enjoyed my co-op at DTI, and found it an extremely valuable experience. I was able to gain hands on experience and work with many talented engineers. The work I did was challenging and engaging, and taught me how to put what I had learned in school into practice. I found the company environment to be great as well and I am excited to be joining the team full-time after graduation."

"My Co-Op at DTI provided me with extremely valuable and diverse experience. I worked directly on projects applying real world engineering skills through fabrication, design, planning, testing, and documentation. The small-company environment gave me opportunities I wouldn’t have had elsewhere. I gained a lot of knowledge in both mechanical and electrical engineering, helping broaden my understanding of engineering and design projects as a whole. The engineers and technicians I worked with were all extremely knowledgeable, kind, and supportive. The work itself was engaging, challenging, and helped me grow uniquely as an engineer."
